All items are non-refundable.
You may exchange items within 7 days in its original condition after receipt of the order (based on the delivery record) and upon pre-agreement of Allure Skin Care.
Unless there is product quality problem, all items are allowed to exchange only once. All items including packaging should be in their original good condition that can be sold again.
The price of the replacement items should be equal to the price of the original items. If the price of the replacement items is higher than the original items, customer is required to pay the difference.
Before sending out the items, please WhatsApp or email to our customer services and provide the following information:
Your order number
Item pictures and outer packaging
Reason for exchange
After received our reply, please send back the items within 3 days (except public holiday) together with the shipping package to ensure the outer packaging of the items are intact; and the returning items are not prone to damage during transit. Please note that if you cannot exchange/ return the items within 3 days, your return request will be cancelled.

You are responsible for the return and exchange delivery costs (except replacement for damaged items).
You must return items by register mail or courier prepaid. Please remember to ask your courier/ post office for a proof of posting certificate. If the returning items are lost in transit and you are not able to provide the delivery proof, Allure Skin Care will not be held responsible for the loss.
We will inspect the items once they are back to our office. If the return request is valid, we will arrange exchange.
Allure Skin Care reserves the right to amend our Returns & Exchange Policy without prior notice.
